Yes. You can add any combination of service items (hourly or fixed price), product items (fixed price), and discount items to the same invoice. There are no restrictions.
Add a new item and select "Discount" as the type. Enter a name (e.g. "Loyalty discount") and the amount. The discount line item is subtracted from the invoice total and appears clearly on the PDF.
