Default Currency per Company

Set a default currency for each company in your account. All new invoices for that company will pre-select that currency, saving you the selection step every time.

Different companies can use different default currencies – useful if you have a EUR-invoicing business and a USD-invoicing one under the same account.

Currency on Every Line Item

The invoice currency applies to all line items. Amounts are displayed clearly with the correct currency symbol throughout the invoice and on the generated PDF.

Yes. Each invoice has its own currency selection. You can invoice one client in EUR and another in USD from the same company, or override the company default for any individual invoice.
No. DoneAndBilled does not do automatic conversion between currencies. The currency you select for an invoice is used as-is. You set the amounts in the currency of your choice.
Yes. In the company settings, you can set a default currency. This currency will be pre-selected whenever you create a new invoice for that company. You can still change it per invoice.
The currency symbol and code appear on every line item and in the totals section of the invoice. The PDF clearly shows which currency all amounts are in.
