Yes. You can upload a logo for each company location in your account. Once uploaded, it automatically appears on all invoices and PDF exports from that location.
Start by creating an invoice as a Draft. When it is ready, change the status to Sent and optionally email it directly from DoneAndBilled. Once payment is received, mark it as Paid. If the due date passes without payment, it moves to Overdue automatically.
A credit note is a document that cancels or partially reverses a sent invoice. In DoneAndBilled, you can create a credit note for the full invoice amount in one click. It is linked to the original invoice and appears in your invoice list alongside it.
